Meet Deborah Benjamin

For more than two decades, I have led organizations through growth, transformation and complex operational challenges across the Caribbean energy sector.

Throughout my career I discovered something powerful.

The organizations with the best strategies don't always achieve the greatest success. The organizations that communicate their value clearly do.

That realization inspired the creation of Words Matter Communications.

Today I work with executives, organizations and entrepreneurs to help them communicate with clarity, credibility and influence—whether through strategic communications, executive positioning, publishing, keynote speaking or leadership advisory.

 

Deborah is passionate in her advocacy of women and girls, and in her advancement of the tenets of diversity, equity and inclusion.
